Нацгвардієць Марків виправданий італійським судом

Марків вже на волі.

Італійський суд виправдав нацгвардійця Віталія Марківа. Про це у Facebook повідомив міністр внутрішніх справ Арсен Аваков.

“Марківа звільнили. Щойно апеляційний суд ухвалив рішення”, – написав він.

Своєю чергою український омбудсмен Людмила Денісова зауважила, що Марків вже повертається з представниками України на Батьківщину.

Нагадаємо, спочатку італійський суд визнав українського нацгвардійця Марківа винним у вбивстві італійського журналіста. Українець був засуджений до 24 років позбавлення волі. Українська сторона оскаржувала це рішення.

У жовтні поточного року апеляційний суд Мілана вирішив знову перекласти та переслухати розмову Віталія Марківа в камері, в якій він нібито зізнався у вбивстві італійського журналіста, через помилки, які допускав перекладач.
