Троє посадовців Бердичівської міської ради привласнили палива майже на 3 мільйони гривень під час воєнного стану. Про це повідомляє Житомирська обласна прокуратура.

Одним з підозрюваних виявився перший заступник мера Бердичева.

Як повідомлялося раніше, перший заступник та заступник міського голови, а також начальник комунальної служби, обвинувачуються у розтраті понад 80 тонн пального, яке громада отримала для користування у березні минулого року.

Замість того, щоб забезпечити належне зберігання багатотонного матеріального резерву, зловмисники уклали фіктивний договір про нібито передачу пального підприємству, а насправді ж завезли його на приватну автозаправку для реалізації.

В ході слідства встановлено, що унаслідок незаконної оборудки міському бюджету заподіяно шкоди на майже 3 млн грн.

Як повідомляє прокуратура, підозрюваним загрожує позбавлення волі на строк до дванадцяти років з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади чи займатися певною діяльністю на строк до трьох років та з конфіскацією майна.
