Личаківський районний суд Львова оштрафував на 102 тисячі грн військову медсестру зі Львова, яка відмовилась виконати наказ начальника та не поїхала у службове відрядження у зону бойових дій. Про це повідомляє zaxid.net.

Як вказано у вироку суду за 8 березня 2023 року, львів’янка має звання молодшої сержантки та працює на посаді операційної медсестри нейрохірургічного відділення в одній з військових частин.

У листопаді 2022 року вона відмовилась виконати наказ начальника та поїхати у службове відрядження у зону бойових дій. Під час досудового розслідування з прокурором була укладена угода про визнання винуватості.

Суд визнав медсестру винною у непокорі й вирішив стягнути понад 100 тисяч грн. На вирок ще може бути подана апеляція.
