Суд помістив під варту 34-річну водійку, яка, будучи п’яною, збила на тротуарі в центрі Яворова поліцейську. Втім вона може вийти з СІЗО, сплативши 800 тисяч грн застави.

Про це повідомили у відділі інформаційної політики Львівської обласної прокуратури.

Йдеться про ДТП, яка сталась в обід 29 травня у Яворові на вул. Львівській. Тут водійка позашляховика Toyota RAV4, 34-річна місцева мешканка, виїхала на тротуар і збила там пішохода.

Постраждалою виявилась 25-річна працівниця поліції, її з травмами забрали до лікарні.

Встановлено, що на момент скоєння аварії водійка була у стані алкогольного сп’яніння.

За цим фактом відкрито кримінальне провадження за ч. 2 ст. 286-1 ККУ (порушення Правил безпеки дорожнього руху, особою, яка керує транспортним засобом у стані алкогольного сп’яніння, що заподіяло потерпілій тяжкі тілесні ушкодження).

Суд обрав підозрюваній запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою із правом внесення застави розміром більше 800 тисяч грн.

Слідство триває.
