Президент Петро Порошенко підписав указ, згідно з яким в Україні заборонено виготовлення та пропаганда георгіївської стрічки

Положення нової статті Кодексу про адміністративні правопорушення не поширюються на випадки використання георгіївської стрічки на документах державних органів, виданих до 1991 року; в експозиціях музеїв на оригіналах бойових знамен; на державні нагороди, якими нагороджувалися до 1991 року і на протязі 1991-2015 років в зв’язку з річницею подій Другої світової війни; на могильних спорудах.

Таким чином, по документу передбачено покарання за публічне використання, демонстрацію або носіння георгіївської стрічки: у вигляді штрафу від 50 до 150 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян (850-2 550 гривень) або адміністративного арешту на термін до 15 діб з конфіскацією стрічки.

“За повторну пропаганду передбачаються ті ж санкції, однак штраф за дане правопорушення може становити вже до 300 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян”, – уточнює прес-служба президента.
