Кабмін ліквідував державіаконцерн “Антонов”

Кабінет міністрів України ліквідував державний авіабудівний концерн “Антонов” у зв’язку з передачею всіх трьох його підприємств до складу “Укроборонпрому”.


Як пише “ЕП”, про це свідчить відповідна постанова уряду від 19 липня 2017 року №546.

Ліквідувати державний авіабудівний концерн “Антонов”. Утворити комісію з ліквідації концерну в складі згідно з додатком.

– йдеться в повідомленні.

Як повідомляється, головою зазначеної комісії призначено заступника міністра економічного розвитку і торгівлі Юрія Бровченка, який повинен забезпечити здійснення заходів, пов’язаних з ліквідацією концерну, та подання в двомісячний термін вимог кредиторами, а також подати в тримісячний термін Кабміну ліквідаційний баланс концерну.

Відзначимо, що ліквідація відбувається у зв’язку з відсутністю учасників. У 2015 році уряд передав державне підприємство “Антонов”, Харківське державне авіаційне виробниче підприємство і державне підприємство “Завод 410 ЦА” зі складу концерну “Антонов” до Державного концерну “Укроборонпром”.
