“Обіцяв закрити кримінальне провадження”: Львівського прокурора спіймали на гарячому

Підозрюваний вимагав кошти від місцевого мешканця за непритягнення до кримінальної відповідальності за крадіжку, передає Корупція.Інфо.

У Львові співробітники Служби безпеки України затримали працівника місцевої прокуратури, який одержав 2,2 тис. доларів хабара.

Як повідомляє прес-центр СБУ, правоохоронці встановили, що прокурор вимагав кошти від місцевого мешканця за непритягнення до кримінальної відповідальності за крадіжку.

У подальшому він обіцяв повністю закрити кримінальне провадження.

Правоохоронці затримали прокурора та посередника у Львові, згідно зі ст. 208 Кримінального процесуального кодексу України, після отримання всієї суми хабара.
