На Черкащині взяли під варту п’яного водія, який спричинив смертельну ДТП

Водій, який перебував у стані алкогольного сп’яніння, скоїв наїзд на велосипедиста близько 5 години ранку в місті Ватутіне. У результаті отриманих травм велосипедист помер на місці, а водія “AUDI A6” з іноземною реєстрацією взяли під варту.

 

 

Про це повідомила Звенигородська місцева прокуратура.

У межах досудового розслідування у вказаному кримінальному провадженні зібрано достатньо доказів, на підставі яких зазначеній особі повідомлено про підозру у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч. 2 ст. 286 (порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху особою, яка керує транспортним засобом, що спричинило смерть потерпілого) Кримінального кодексу України.

В подальшому судом за клопотанням погодженим процесуальним прокурором обрано підозрюваному запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою строком на 60 діб.

На цей час у кримінальному провадженні триває досудове розслідування.
