На Львівщині п‘яний поліцейський автофургоном збив на смерть двох юнаків

Молодий правоохоронець позбавив життя двох своїх майже ровесників. Поліцейський в стані алкогольного сп’яніння, керуючи «Рено Трафік», опівночі збив на смерть скутериста та його пасажира.

 

 

Про це повідомила на своїй сторінці у Facebook журналіст, член поліцейської комісії в Управлінні патрульної поліції у Львівській області Вікторія Балицька.

«Двоє загиблих. Це сталося в селі Жарків Бродівського району. Поліцейський з Буського відділення поліції», – інформує Балицька.

За повідомленням департаменту цивільного захисту Львівської ОДА, 28 серпня, о 23:50, в селі Жарків Бродівського району, на вулиці Центральній, відбулось зіткнення між автомобілем марки “Рено Трафік”, під керуванням 25-річного мешканця села Пеняки Бродівського району, та скутером на якому їхали мешканці села Пеняки Бродівського району. В результаті ДТП 18-річний водій та 19-річний пасажир скутера загинули на місті події.

Обставини події встановлюються.

Як повідомили у Головному управлінні Національної поліції у Львівській області, за фактом ДТП відкрито кримінальне провадження за ч.3 ст. 286 КК України (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху, якщо вони спричинили загибель кількох осіб,- карається позбавленням волі на строк до дванадцяти років.

Ведеться досудове розслідування.
