ВР скасувала ліцензію на оптовий продаж алкоголю для малого бізнесу

Верховна Рада прийняла закон, який скасовує для невеликих виробників і місцевих плодово-ягідних вин з власного сировини ліцензію на оптовий продаж алкоголю, яка становить 500 тисяч гривень на рік.

За ухвалення відповідного депутатського законопроекту №2739 за основу та в цілому проголосували 230 народних депутатів.

В ході презентації документа депутат Андрій Вадатурський зазначив, що якщо для великих компаній 500 тисяч гривень на рік не є великою сумою, то для місцевих виробників вина це великі витрати.

“Це робить конкуренцію нерівною. Великі виробники платять за цією ліцензією 2-9 копійок з пляшки, а дрібні виробники мають сплачувати до 70 гривень з пляшки”, – сказав він.

За словами Вадатурського, закон дозволить відродити місцеве виноробство, збільшити обсяги виробництва невеликих компаній, створити нові робочі місця.

Як повідомлялося, ВР ухвалила в першому читанні депутатський законопроект про скасування ліцензування експорту та імпорту етилового, коньячного і плодового спирту, алкогольних напоїв і тютюнових виробів та фінансові санкції за неподання підприємцями звітів в цій сфері.
