Батареї стали теплими в лікарнях, школах і дитячих садках.

Опалювальний сезон стартував. Через різке зниження температури опалення дали в школи, дитсадки та лікарні по всій країні.

У декількох містах батареї у квартирах потеплішають завтра. Наприклад, у Полтаві. А жителям столиці доведеться почекати ще тиждень. Щоправда, подекуди вже заговорили про загрозу зриву опалювального сезону. Все через борги перед тепловиками. Проблеми з оплатою є в Чернівцях і Кропивницькому.
