Сметанний десерт зі згущонкою

Літо… Варто попробувати легкий сметанний десерт. Він в міру солодкий, легенький.

-450мл. сметани(20%)

-2 ст. л.цукру-пудри

-2ст. л. вареї згущонки

-100мл. молока

-15гр. желатину

-1спілий банан

Желатин намочити в молоці до набухання. Банан збити в блендері, додати пудру, додати згущонку, додати сметану- збити. Додати розтлелений, теплий желатин- добре збити.

Розлити по креманках, натерти зверху шоколадку і залишити в холодильнику на декілька годин.

Десерт готовий коли охолоне.
