Яку зарплату отримуватимуть вчителі різних категорій у 2021 році: цифри від МОН

З липня 2021 року посадовий оклад вчителів буде майже на 30% більше, ніж станом на вересень 2020 року.

Рівень заробітної плати працівників галузі освіти у 2021 році буде підвищений у два етапи: у січні та в липні. Такі зміни передбачені в проєкті Закону України «Про Державний бюджет України на 2021 рік».

Зокрема, з липня 2021 року посадовий оклад вчителів буде майже на 30% більше, ніж станом на вересень 2020 року.

Отже, посадовий оклад молодого вчителя* без категорії та стажу роботи в січні 2019 року становив 3 тис. 496 грн, у вересні 2020 року – 4 тис. 050 гривень. Відповідно до проєкту Держбюджету-2021 з січня рівень посадового окладу підвищиться до 4 тис. 859 грн, з липня 2021-го – до 5 тис. 265 грн.

Посадовий оклад вчителя I категорії* в січні 2019 року становив 4 тис. 361 грн, у вересні 2020-го – 5 тис. 051 грн. Передбачається, що з січня 2021 року збільшиться до 6 тис. 061 грн, з липня 2021 року – до 6 тис. 567 грн.

У вчителя вищої категорії* закладу середньої загальної освіти в січні 2019 року посадовий оклад становив 4 тис. 649 грн. У вересні цього року оклад збільшився до 5 тис. 385 грн. Із січня 2021 року він становитиме 6 тис. 461 грн, з липня 2021 року – 7 тис. 001 грн.

Збільшення посадових окладів (за ЄТС) розраховано відповідно до проєкту ЗУ «Про Державний бюджет України на 2021 рік». З урахуванням надбавок за вислугу років (близько 20%, для молодих вчителів – 10%), престижність праці (5-30%) та інших доплат (винагороду за сумлінну працю, кошти на оздоровлення тощо) можна вирахувати фактичну заробітну плату.

*Посадовий оклад з розрахунку 18 годин на тиждень
