Лікарі вирішуватимуть, кого рятувати, якщо буде по 20 тисяч випадків COVID щодня

Міністр охорони здоров’я Максим Степанов повідомив, що якщо в Україні будуть підтверджувати близько 20 тисяч випадків захворювання на коронавірус за добу, то лікарі вирішуватимуть, кого лікувати, а кого – ні.

Деталі: За словами Степанова, МОЗ розробив план, який визначає алгоритм дій для 4 рівнів небезпеки, у залежності від кількості хворих та завантаженості медиків:
Перший рівень – 5-7 тисяч хворих на добу. Таке навантаження МОЗ здатен витримати.

Другий рівень – 8-10 тисяч хворих на добу. При цьому заповнення ліжок фонду хворих на COVID-19 буде складати 70%. За словами Степанова, Україна може опинитися на цьому рівні у найближчі тижні. Тоді Україна збільшить кількість ліжок для хворих до 52 тисяч, буде розгортати госпіталі поза закладами охорони здоров’я, збільшать кількість медиків за рахунок залучення працівників інших відділень, будуть укладати контракти.

Третій рівень – 11-15 тисяч хворих на добу. Заповненість ліжок по країні – не менше 85%. Введуть жорсткий карантин. Мобілізують всіх медпрацівників. Працюватимуть польові шпиталі.
