“Винні члени екіпажу?”: рідні загиблих хлопців з літака Ан-26 подаватимуть до суду через оприлюднені причини трагедії

Незабаром офіційно оприлюднять причини аварії літака АН-26 під Чугуєвом. За попередніми даними причинами трагедії є системні порушення в організації польотів і з боку командування Повітряних сил і з боку бригади. Тобто, частину провини у аварії літака покладають на членів екіпажу, чякі входять у цю бригаду.

Про такий попередній висновок урядової комісії з розслідування обставин авіатрощі повідомив віцепрем’єр Олег Урський в інтерв’ю “РБК-Україна”.

Батьки загиблих членів екіпажу обурені таких висновком щодо причин аварії літака і готові подавати позов до суду на це рішення. Рідні зазначають, що очікували, що провину можуть перекласти на загиблих, але хочуть докласти максимум зусиль, що покарали реально винних осіб.

Мати загиблого капітана Ірина Кишеня розповіла ТСН, що перекладання провини за авіатрощу на екіпаж для родин ситуація очікувана. І якщо наступної середи на засіданні уряду у фінальному звіті і справді пролунають анонсовані віце-прем’єром висновки урядової комісії, родичі подаватимуть до суду.

«Я дуже обурена, бо це ми і очікували, що всю провину покладуть на екіпаж. Чесно кажучи, дуже легко все списати на загиблих хлопців і дуже важко, щоб “верхи” хтось відповів за це. Ми будемо звертатися в Міністерства оборони і в письмовому вигляді, і телефонувати на гарячу лінію, і подавати до суду», – зазначає мати загиблого капітана.
