Зеленський привітав виправдання Марківа судом Італії

Президент Володимир Зеленський вважає виправдальний вирок апеляційного суду в Мілані щодо нацгвардійця Марківа “перемогою справедливості”.

Про це президент написав у своєму Twitter, повідомляє “Європейська правда”.

“Вітаю рішення італійського суду виправдати українського нацгвардійця Віталія Марківа. Його звільнення – це перемога справедливості! Хештег #FreeMarkiv можна залишити для історії”, – заявив глава держави.

Він подякував усій команді, яка працювала заради цієї перемоги.

Нагадаємо, 3 листопада апеляційний суд Мілана зняв усі звинувачення з бійця Національної гвардії України Віталія Марківа і звільнив його з ув’язнення.

Як відомо, влітку 2019 року суд присяжних міста Павія засудив Марківа до 24 років позбавлення волі за співучасть в убивстві італійця Андреа Роккеллі та російського перекладача Андрія Миронова, який загинув тоді ж.

Марків має подвійне громадянство України та Італії, тому його судили за італійськими законами.
Військовий відкидав обвинувачення і заперечував свою причетність до смерті Рокеллі та Миронова.
