Зарплати в Чехії зростуть швидше, ніж в сусідніх країнах

За останні десять років зарплати в Чехії виросли на 51% Це більше, ніж в сусідніх країнах.

Зарплати в Чехії ростуть в два рази швидше, ніж в Німеччині та Словаччині. З точки зору зростання зарплат найгірше справи йдуть там, де використовується євро. Найповільніше зростають зарплати в Німеччині, де за останні десять років зростання склало 26,5%, майже в два рази менше, ніж в Чеській Республіці. У Словаччині зростання за 10 років склав 27,1%, де темпи зростання значно скоротилися після прийняття євро в 2008 році. У Польщі зарплати за той же період зросли на 34%, а в Австрії на 36,9%. В абсолютних цифрах зарплати в Чехії набагато нижче німецьких, де груба зарплата становить 4062 євро в місяць, що на 193% більше середньої чеської. Далі йде Австрія із середньою зарплатою в 3830 євро. У Чехії середня зарплата в місяць до вирахування податків складає 1308 євро, в Польщі 1129 євро, а в Словаччині 1031 євро.

Стрімке зростання заробітної плати в Чехії пов’язано не тільки з дефіцитом робочої сили, а й високою інфляцією, яка є найвищою в центральній Європі і в даний час складає 2,9%. У Німеччині, наприклад, в розпал пандемії зафіксовано падіння цін на 0,2%.
