В бюджет заклали підвищення зарплати медикам на 30% – Шмигаль

На медицину в бюджеті-2021 закладено 161 млрд грн, передбачається підвищення заробітної плати медичним працівникам на 30%.

Про це на засіданні уряду сказав Прем’єр-міністр Денис Шмигаль, передає кореспондент Укрінформу.

“Бюджет реалістичний до виконання та збалансований у частині доходів та видатків. Дефіцит зменшений до 5,5%. Під усі програми, які закладені в проєкті бюджету, є фінансування в повному обсязі. По-перше, це медична галузь. На наступний рік у нас будуть рекордні видатки в обсязі 161 млрд грн, це на 30 млрд більше, ніж цього року та майже на 65 млрд більше, ніж у 2019 році. Фактично за два роки фінансування медичної галузі зросте більш ніж на 60%. Такими темпами у нас за попередні роки незалежності не зростали навіть видатки на армію під час, у тому числі, активної фази збройної російської агресії. В наступному році зарплати всіх медиків будуть підвищені на 30%”, – сказав Шмигаль.

Також, за його словами, для НСЗУ буде виділено 16 млрд грн – таким чином лікарні мають бути забезпечені киснем та ліками, 2,6 млрд грн передбачено на вакцини від COVID-19.

Раніше міністр охорони здоров’я Максим Степанов казав, що на медичну сферу наступного року необхідно 296 млрд гривень.

За словами міністра, в цій сумі передбачені і збільшені зарплати лікарям – мінімум 23 тис. гривень, середньому медперсоналу — 17 тис. гривень, молодшому медперсоналу — 12 тис. гривень. Також враховані вартість ліків, лікарських засобів, які мають бути в лікарні, вартість лікування конкретних захворювань. Окрім цього, в цій сумі враховані кошти в розмірі 15,1 млрд гривень на закупівлю вакцини від COVID-19.
