В Україні значно збільшують штрафи за порушення ПДР: деякі зростуть у 80 разів

В Україні набирають чинності нові штрафи за порушення правил дорожнього руху.

Штрафні санкції будуть застосовуватися не тільки до водіїв, а й до пішоходів і велосипедистів.

Про це заявив заступник начальника департаменту патрульної поліції Олексій Білошицький під час брифінгу, повідомляє МВС України на своїй сторінці в Facebook.

За деякі порушення штрафи зросли в 40 і 80 раз. Так для водіїв, які втратили свої права, але продовжують їздити без них штрафи збільшуються в 40 разів – з 510 до 20 400 гривень.

При цьому за повторне порушення вже доведеться заплатити 40 800 гривень + позбавлення прав на 5-7 років і оплата вилученого авто. До цього штрафували на 510 гривень.

За перевищення швидкості на 20 км/год будуть штраф збільшиться з 255 до 340 гривень.

За перевищення швидкості на 50 км/год – штраф зросте з 51 до 510 гривень.

За невикористання ременів безпеки і мотошоломів також збільшуються штрафи від 51 до 510 гривень.

За залишення місця ДТП штраф збільшується з 255 до 3 400 гривень або позбавлення прав на 1-2 роки, або адмін. арешт на 10-15 діб

За брудні, заклеєні або встановлені з порушенням номерні знаки штраф підвищується зі 170 до 850 гривень.

При цьому за повторне порушення протягом року необхідно буде заплатити 1 700 гривень, а раніше сума штрафу становила 255 гривень.

Також штрафи збільшуються і для пішоходів разом з велосипедистами За перехід в невстановленому місці або на заборонений сигнал світлофора/регулювальника штраф зросте з 51 до 255 гривень.

За порушення правил велосипедистом штраф збільшується з 85 до 340 гривень. За порушення ПДР пішоходом чи велосипедистом у стані сп’яніння штраф зросте зі 136 до 680 гривень.

За повторне порушення правил пішоходом чи велосипедистом штраф збільшується зі 170 до 850 гривень або громадські роботи від 20 до 40 годин.
