Наприкінці березня відсторонений голова Конституційного суду Олександр Тупицький задекларував 433,6 тис. грн зарплати.

Востаннє Тупицький відображав зміни в майновому стані на початку березня. Тоді суддя показав, що заробив 325,2 тис. грн заробітної плати.

До цього 29 січня відсторонений голова суду декларував нижчу заробітну плату – 290,4 тис. грн.

Як відомо, 27 березня президент Зеленський видав указ, яким скасував укази президента-втікача Віктора Януковича про призначення Тупицького та Касмініна суддями Конституційного суду. Указ набув чинності з дня його опублікування.

29 березня Тупицький та Касмінін оскаржили у Верховному суді указ президента України Володимира Зеленського, яким голова держави скасував указ від 2013 року щодо їх призначення.

Раніше президент Володимир Зеленський відсторонив Тупицького від посади голови КСУ 29 грудня 2020 року. Тоді президент заявив, що робить це «заради відновлення справедливості та вирішення конституційної кризи».

Згодом Зеленський відсторонив голову Конституційного суду ще на місяць. В указі президент посилається на статтю 154 Кримінально-процесуального кодексу, яка передбачає можливість відсторонення осіб, призначених президентом. Таке питання вирішує президент «на підставі клопотання прокурора в порядку, встановленому законодавством».
