З 1 квітня підвищується пенсійний вік для жінок

З 1 квітня 2021 року Пенсійний фонд збільшив пенсійний вік для жінок.

А також змінить вимоги до трудового стажу для всіх пенсіонерів. Нові зміни регулюються зі статтею 26 Закону України від 09.07.2003 №1058 “Про загальнообов’язкове державне пенсійне страхування”, згідно з яким особи мають право на призначення пенсії за віком після досягнення віку 60 років за наявності необхідного страхового стажу.

До 1 квітня вік виходу на пенсію для українок становив 59 років і 6 місяців, проте з 1 квітня пенсійний вік для жінок підніметься до 60 років і зрівняється з умовами для чоловіків. Однак українки, що народилися в період з 1 жовтня 1960 року по 31 березня 1961 року, зможуть вийти на пенсію у віці 59,6 років, як і раніше. Іншим жінкам доведеться чекати до 60 років.

Також зміняться вимоги до страхового стажу для виходу на пенсію за віком. Тривалість страхового стажу визначається на момент досягнення пенсійного віку. У 2020 році для виходу на пенсію потрібно було відпрацювати 27 років. А до 2028 року українцям буде потрібно 38 років офіційного працевлаштування. Якщо страхового стажу не вистачає на момент досягнення 60 років, його можна докупити. Один рік стажу обійдеться в 31 680 грн. (до квітня 2021 року ця сума становила 24 937 грн).

З 1 квітня перерахують виплати для тих, хто продовжує працювати після виходу на пенсію і має 24 місяці додаткового стажу. Перерахунок виплат торкнеться небагатьох українців. Йдеться про сотні тисяч людей, але не мільйони. Бо мова про тих, хто працює офіційно та отримує офіційну зарплату. Уряд хоче, щоб люди після пенсії продовжували працювати. Для держави це вигідно.
