Вже у 2022 році частина українців може залишитись без пенсій: кого торкнеться реформа

В Україні з січня 2022 року відбудеться черговий етап підвищення вимог для отримання пенсії в 60 років – частина українців втратить право на отримання пенсійних виплат.

Це передбачено законом про обов’язкове загальнодержавне пенсійне страхування.

Так з 2022 року на 12 місяців зростуть вимоги за трудовим стажем:

у 60 років на пенсію виходитимуть лише ті, у кого є 29 і понад років стажу;

у 63 роки виходитимуть на пенсію ті, у кого від 19 до 29 років стажу;

у 65 років будуть виходити на пенсію ті, у кого від 15 до 19 років стажу.

Надалі вимоги до пенсіонерів щодо стажу будуть тільки посилюватися.

Хто зможе вийти на пенсію в 60 років:

у 2022-му — від 29 років стажу;

у 2023-му — від 30 років стажу;

у 2024-му — від 31 років стажу;

у 2025-му — від 32 років стажу;

у 2026-му — від 33 років стажу;

у 2027-му — від 34 років стажу

у 2028-му — 35 років стажу.

Хто вийде на пенсію в 63 роки:

у 2022-му — від 19 до 29 років стажу;

у 2023-му — від 20 до 30 років стажу;

у 2024-му — від 21 до 31 року стажу;

у 2025-му — від 22 до 32 років стажу;

у 2026-му — від 23 до 33 років стажу;

у 2027-му — від 24 до 34 років стажу;

у 2028-му — від 25 до 35 років стажу.

Хто вийде на пенсію в 65 років:

у 2022-му — до 19 років стажу;

у 2023-му — до 20 років стажу;

у 2024-му — до 21 року стажу;

у 2025-му — до 22 років стажу;

у 2026-му — до 23 років стажу;

в 2027-му — до 24 років стажу;

у 2028-му — до 25 років стажу.

В Україні після верифікації у частини пенсіонерів можуть забрати виплати. Для цього є ціла низка законних причин.

Про це йдеться в законі про “Обов’язкове загальнодержавне пенсійне страхування”. Так, згідно із законом, є щонайменше п’ять причин для того, щоб забрати вже призначену виплату. Серед них:

якщо є помилка у прізвищі;

якщо виплати отримали з фальшивими документами;

якщо певний час жили за кордоном;

якщо не отримували виплату 6 місяців;

якщо ви переселенець і змінили місце проживання.

Ще кілька років тому Міністерство фінансів почало процедуру перевірки всіх одержувачів соціальних виплат, зокрема і пенсіонерів. Крім того, таку верифікацію регулярно проводить і Пенсійний фонд.

Наприклад, перетин кордону фіксується Міграційною службою. І якщо ви виїхали з країни на тривалий час, ця інформація може потрапити до Мінфіну під час верифікації, там її передадуть до Пенсійного фонду, який може забрати виплату.
