Місто в Італії підвищило ціни на будинки з одного до двох євро: що і де можна купити

Італійська комуна Самбука-ді-Сицилія з 2019 року розпродувала будинки за ціною 1 євро (32,05 гривні). Місто виявилося одним з найуспішніших серед тих, хто влаштовував акцію.

У Самбуці-ді-Сицилії вирішили повторити експеримент і виставити на продаж близько 20 будинків за ціною 2 євро (64,10 гривні). Що і де можна купити – читайте далі.

У чому суть розпродажу
Комуна Самбука-ді-Сицилія стала однією з найуспішніших в розпродажу будинків по 1 євро. З 2019 року було укладено 16 угод. Влада вирішила повторити експеримент і запропонували покупцям 20 занедбаних будинків зі стартовою ціною 2 євро.

Примітно: старт програми планувався ще у 2020 році, але тоді мер комуни закликав дочекатися відновлення міжнародних поїздок.



Як купити житло за 2 євро
Програма стартувала 15 липня. Подати заявку можна до 5 листопада. Після цього відбудеться відкритий аукціон.
Придбати можна одноповерхові будинки площею від 50 до 80 квадратних метрів з невеликими двориками, а також багатоповерхові споруди площею 120 квадратних метрів з балконами й терасами.
Крім будинків, на аукціоні доступні порожні ділянки, де можна побудувати власний будинок.
Всі об’єкти потребують ремонту, в деяких з них пильно й брудно. Але є будинки, які знаходяться у гарному стані.

Цікаво! У 2019 деякі будинки зі стартовою ціною 1 євро були продані по 5 – 10 тисяч євро.
Важлива умова аукціону – застава в розмірі 5 тисяч євро (136 тисяч гривень). Вона буде повернена тим, хто програє. Якщо ж людина переможе – сума піде в рахунок оплати лота.
Іноземці, які придбають житло, але не планують жити в місті, зобов’язані завершити ремонт протягом трьох років.
