Затягнули до підвалу і ґвалтували на камеру: подробиці груповго насильства над 14-річною дівчиною

Хлопці знущалися з дівчини у підвалі будинку одного з ґвалтівників.

Трьох підлітків, віком 14 та 15 років, яких підозрюють у груповому зґвалтуванні 14-річної дівчини на Закарпатті, взяли під варту.

Про це сьогодні, 17 вересня, повідомила пресслужба Закарпатської обласної прокуратури і розповіла деталі справи.

За даними слідства, наприкінці серпня в одному з населених пунктів району троє підлітків затягнули 14-річну дівчину до підвалу будинку одного з хлопців. Там кривдники ґвалтували неповнолітню і знімали все на камеру мобільного телефону.

Через деякий час про скоєне дізналися рідні дівчини і звернулася з заявою до поліції.

Зараз у справі призначили низку експертиз, щоб встановити усіх обставин злочину. Водноча потерпілій дівчині надають необхідну допомогу, кажуть в прокуратурі.

Трьом неповнолітнім оголосили підозру та взяли під варту за фактом групового зґвалтування 14-річної дівчини за ч. 3 ст. 152 КК України (Зґвалтування, вчинене групою осіб, або зґвалтування неповнолітньої особи”.

Нагадаємо, до правоохоронців 14 вересня звернулась бабуся потерпілої дівчини. Вона повідомила, що троє односельців 24 серпня зґвалтували її 14-річну онуку.
