В коломийському супермаркеті знайшли підпільного алкоголю на 700 тисяч (ФОТО)

У Коломиї поліцейські викрили магазини з незаконною лікерно-горілчаною продукцією, яка не пройшла оподаткування. Поліцейські вилучили незаконну продукцію та направили на експертизу.

З 29 жовтня на території держави розпочався комплекс заходів з протидії правопорушенням у сфері реалізації спиртовмісних та тютюнових виробів. Правоохоронці перевіряють ринки, магазини, кіоски, місця стихійної торгівлі та інші.
Під час відпрацювань у Коломиї поліцейські превенції виявили магазин, який порушив правила торгівлі алкогольними напоями. Під час обшуку поліцейські вилучили з незаконного обігу 2437 пляшок лікерно-горілчаної продукції на суму 727 тисяч 363 гривні.
Усе вилучене правоохоронці направили на експертне дослідження, пише “Галка” з посиланням на поліцію Прикарпаття.
На підприємця поліцейські склали адміністративний протокол за ч. 1 ст. 156 «Порушення правил торгівлі пивом, алкогольними, слабоалкогольними напоями, тютюновими виробами, електронними сигаретами та рідинами, що використовуються в електронних сигаретах, пристроями для споживання тютюнових виробів без їх згоряння» Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення.
Профілактичні відпрацювання з протидії правопорушенням у сфері обігу підакцизних товарів та стихійній торгівлі тривають.
