Побив металевим кошиком: у Польщі українець вбив співвітчизника

Після скоєного чоловік намагався втекти.

У Польщі в місті Томашув-Мазовецький Лодзького воєводства правоохоронці затримали 31-річного громадянина України, який убив 41-річного співвітчизника і намагався втекти.

Про це повідомляється на сайті місцевої поліції.

Вбивство сталося близько 8:30 12 грудня у орендованому заробітчанами з України будинку. До поліції надійшла заява про бійку та про те, що один із її учасників не подає ознак життя.

На місце прибуло кілька екіпажів правоохоронців. Перший наряд навіть намагався реанімувати чоловіка, але він помер. Загиблим виявився 41-річний українець.

Слідчі допитали свідків – 10 чоловіків від 19 до 44 років (8 українців та 2 грузинів). Усі вони вказали, що вбивцею є 31-річний громадянин України. Після скоєного він ще до приїзду поліції втік, але стало відомо, куди він міг направлятися.

Через деякий час підозрюваного у вбивстві розшукали в місті Шиманувка (приблизно 175 км від Томашова-Мазовецького).

Під час допиту він зізнався, що у нього були конфлікти із загиблим. Останній переріс у бійку, під час якої він побив опонента кулаками, ногами та металевим кошиком по обличчю та голові.

Зазначається, що 31-річний українець раніше вже мав проблеми із законом у Польщі.

Чоловіка звинуватили в намірі вбивства 41-річного співвітчизника, а 14 грудня за рішенням суду його заарештували на 3 місяці. Йому може загрожувати довічне ув’язнення.
