На Львівщині сталася жахлива ДТП, легковий автомобіль збив велосипедиста (ФОТО)

4 січня, о 18:40 год, на автодорозі «Рівне–Млинів–Берестечко–Буськ», між селищем Красне та містом Буськ, у Золочівському районі, сталася дорожньо-транспортна пригода з участю легкового автомобіля і велосипедиста.

Як повідомили у Нацполіції Львівської області, пише varta1.com.ua водій автомобіля «Volkswagen Golf», 23-річний місцевий мешканець, здійснив наїзд на велосипедиста, 78-річного мешканця одного з сіл Золочівського району.

Внаслідок ДТП, літній чоловік отримав тілесні ушкодження та був госпіталізований у реанімацію.

За фактом слідчі територіального підрозділу поліції Львівщини відкрили кримінальне провадження за ч. 1 ст. 286 (порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху) Кримінального кодексу України. Максимальне покарання, передбачене санкцією статті, — до трьох років обмеження волі з позбавленням права керувати транспортними засобами на термін до трьох років.

Як розповідає «Буськ онлайн», на дорозі “Буськ–Красне” стався наїзд на велосипедиста, внаслідок чого відбулися затримки у русі транспорту в обох напрямках.
