Як платити за комуналку українцям під час війни: чи можна затримувати та чи буде відтермінування

Українці на час воєнного стану звільняються від усіх санкцій за борги щодо комуналки. Постачальники послуг кажуть: поки така ситуація, платити треба за можливості.

Як розповіли “Сегодня” у “Нафтогазі”, зараз ще немає офіційного рішення, як бути з оплатою комуналки в такій ситуації. Але у компанії і без дозволу Кабміну кажуть: якщо немає можливості заплатити за комуналку, то можна не платити.

“Ми розуміємо ситуацію в країні, але в даний час ми не отримали офіційної інформації про роботу платіжних систем або банківських відділень. Не виключені тимчасові труднощі з оплатою комунальних послуг. Рекомендуємо оплачувати рахунки, за можливості та залежно від ситуації”, – відповіли в “Нафтогазі”.

Експертка з питань у галузі ЖКГ, засновниця ГО “СПС Життя в моєму місті” та голова ГО “Кириловський Гай” Христина Ненно також зазначила, що зараз головне – вижити та підтримати армію.

Також важливо нагадати, що на час воєнних дій одне з головних завдань місцевої влади – організувати стабільне функціонування всієї інфраструктури, у тому числі подачі електроенергії, тепла та води. Для того щоб у підприємств були на це кошти, оплачувати комуналку потрібно так само, як і до війни.

Зазначимо, що на час воєнного стану правила змінили і банки. Монобанк повернув кредитні ліміти, ПриватБанк, як і низка інших банків, запровадив канікули. Водночас ПУМБ урізав ліміти до 5 тис. грн, а Укрсиббанк зовсім заблокував можливість користуватися кредитними коштами.
