В Україні змінюють тривалість навчального року і кількість учнів у класах: що відомо

В Україні під час воєнного стану змінюють норми про тривалість освітнього процесу в школах країни. Крім того, переглядається допустима кількість дітей у класах.

Во вторник, 31 мая, в парламенте поддержали соответствующий законопроект №732.

Народні депутати проголосували за законодавчу ініціативу (“Проект Закону про внесення змін до деяких законів України в сфері освіти щодо врегулювання окремих питань освітньої діяльності в умовах воєнного стану”) у першому читанні.

Як пояснює голова підкомітету Верховної Ради з питань вищої освіти, народний депутат Юлія Гришина у своєму Telegram-каналі, проект закону оптимізує освітні процеси в умовах воєнного стану і призупиняє дію низки вимог.

Документ передбачає наступні нововведення:

норма про тривалість освітнього процесу в школах не менше 175 днів – не діятиме під час війни (дії воєнного стану);
зупиняється дія норми щодо наповнюваності класів державних і комунальних закладів загальної середньої освіти.
“Під час війни трудовий договір із керівником закладу загальної середньої освіти може бути продовжений без проведення конкурсу – не більше ніж на шість місяців з дня припинення чи скасування воєнного стану”, – розповіла нардеп.

Гришина уточнила, що таке право отримає засновник закладу загальної середньої освіти або уповноважений ним орган.

“Усі ці зміни допоможуть адаптувати систему загальної середньої освіти до умов війни, а школам і їхнім засновникам бути більш гнучкими в ухваленні рішень” – додає голова підкомітету ВРУ з питань вищої освіти.
