Учителі отримають решту відпустки після рішення ВР

Педагоги можуть зараз узяти 24 дні відпустки, а після того, як нова норма закону набере чинності, узяти решту днів.

Про це повідомила секретар Комітету Верховної Ради з питань освіти, науки та інновацій Наталія Піпа.

За її словами, відповідний законопроєкт має бути прийнятий до 22 червня.

«Зараз комітет соцполітики готує законопроєкт №7251 до другого читання. Поки що у ньому є норма, що щорічна основна відпустка може бути обмежена до 24 днів за рішенням роботодавця. Тут йдеться перш за все за працівників критичної інфраструктури. Учителі тоді зможуть використати повну відпустку», – зазначила народна депутатка.

Також вона підкреслила, що наразі діє правило про 24 дні відпустки для всіх людей.

«Приблизно до 22 червня закон мав би бути прийнятим. А тоді його ще має підписати Президент. Якщо зараз взяти 24 дні відпустки, а потім, коли нова норма набере чинності, – можна буде взяти решту без проблем», – підкреслила Наталія Піпа.
