На Буковині хлопець заради забави жорстоко вбив павича, йому “світить” 8 років тюрми

На Буковині 18-річний хлопець під час відпочинку з друзями вбив павича заради забави, знявши це на камеру. Поліція встановила особу шкуродера і відкрила кримінальну справу.
Про це повідомляє місцева поліція.

У поліції розповіли, що дізналися про те, що трапилося з соцмереж.

“Під час моніторингу соціальних мереж співробітники ГУНП в Чернівецькій області виявили повідомлення, в якому говорилося, що хлопець бив павича об землю, в результаті чого птах загинув”, – йдеться в повідомленні.

Правоохоронці встановили всіх осіб, які замішані в інциденті. Опитавши учасників події з’ясувалося, що 18-річний житель села Карапчів заздалегідь придбав павича і під час відпочинку з друзями наніс йому умисні тілесні ушкодження. Попередньо, павич загинув від отриманих травм.

Слідчі відкрили кримінальне провадження за ознаками статті 299 (жорстоке поводження з тваринами) КК України. Санкція статті передбачає до 8 років позбавлення волі. Наразі вирішується питання повідомлення порушнику про підозру та обрання йому запобіжного заходу.
