Президент України Володимир Зеленський відповів на петицію про заборону видачі повісток на блокпостах, АЗС і вулиці. Дане питання буде комплексно опрацьовано урядом.

Про це повідомляє на його відповідь на електронну петицію.

Зокрема, Зеленський нагадав, що призов резервістів і військовозобов’язаних на службу проводиться в порядку, який визначений законами про військову службу та мобілізацію. А видача повісток регулюється актами Кабінету міністрів, Міністерства оборони та Генерального штабу ЗСУ.

“Враховуючи викладене, я звернувся до прем’єр-міністра Дениса Шмигаля з проханням комплексно опрацювати порушене в електронній петиції питання в контексті дотримання прав громадян та законодавства про військовий обов’язок і військову службу”, – підкреслив Зеленський.

Зазначимо, автор петиції, яка набрала понад 25 000 підписів, вимагав призивати на службу в першу чергу мотивованих людей, заборонити видачу повісток у всіх місцях, крім військкоматів, або зробити публічною інформацію про стан мобілізації.
