У Польщі шахрай обдурив українських військових 10 тисяч доларів: деталі афери

У Польщі аферист під виглядом посередника польсько-українським фондом взяв у військового ЗСУ суму в 10 тисяч доларів, які були зібрані на закупівлю зброї та техніки, обіцяв купити все необхідне, проте привласнив всі гроші собі.

Про це передає польське видання WNP.

Зловмисник був затриманий в Пшезмерово біля Познані. Правоохоронці провели в його будинку обшук, в ході якого виявили та вилучили близько 18 г марихуани.

“39-річному фігуранту пред’явили звинувачення в привласненні грошей і зберіганні наркотиків. Під час допиту чоловік зізнався у скоєних злочинах”, – розповів речник окружної прокуратури в Познані прокурор Лукаш Вавжиняк.

Також він додав, що шахрай виступав як посередник польсько-українським фондом, який “в кінцевому підсумку повинен був закупити техніку і передати її на схід”.

“Однак, як з’ясувалося, гроші він забрав у командира батальйону і зник. Все відбувалося під час облоги Києва, коли солдати билися з ворогом, ризикуючи власним життям”, – зазначив прокурор.

Зловмисник під час телефонного спілкування придумував усілякі байки, щоб обдурити українського комбата, який чекав на це дуже важливе замовлення.

“Він стверджував, що його пограбували, а гроші вкрали. Наступна версія припускала, що він отримав вогнепальне поранення і був госпіталізований в поганому стані, знаходиться за кордоном”, – перерахував Вавжиняк “відмазки” афериста.

Представник головного управління муніципальної поліції в Познані Марта Мроз розповіла, що правоохоронці дізналися про привласнення грошей невідомим громадянином Польщі в липні.

За її словами, затримання підозрюваного було першочерговим завданням офіцерів, що і було здійснено на початку серпня.

Підозрюваному обрали запобіжний захід у вигляді поліцейського нагляду, майнової застави, заборони на виїзд та зобов’язання відшкодувати збитки.

Зловмиснику загрожує до 5 років позбавлення волі.
