Для РФ дуже важливо чути, що Україна не відмовляється від можливості переговорів, зазначив експерт.

Якщо Україна оголосить про остаточний вихід з переговорного процесу з Росією, РФ може “пуститися берега”..

Таку думку висловив військовий експерт Олег Жданов.

“Росія постійно намагається посадити нас за стіл переговорів, використовуючи для цього всі засоби… Вони сподіваються застовпити завойовані території. І поки Україна не сказала остаточне “ні”, для Росії це підвішена морквина, до якої вони прагнуть”, – зазначив він.

“Для РФ дуже важливо чути від нас, що ми остаточно не виходимо (з переговорів)… Якщо ми скажемо, що виходимо з переговорного процесу, Росія буде вести себе відповідно… Тоді у них не буде стримуючого фактора. Вони можуть пуститися берега, у тому числі і щодо наших військовополонених, і щодо іншого шантажу”, – додав Жданов.

За словами експерта, не раз звучало, що Україна сяде за стіл переговорів з РФ тільки на своїх умовах:

“Це повне виведення російських військ з території України у межах 91-го року…. Тоді ми сідаємо за стіл переговорів і далі визначаємо, як ми будемо жити. Все одно будь-яка війна повинна закінчуватися переговорним процесом”.
