Українцям розповіли, як у 2023 році зміняться умови виходу на пенсію

В Україні щороку змінюються вимоги до трудового стажу, необхідного для виходу на пенсію у 60 років. Якщо цього року потенційному пенсіонеру необхідно накопичити 29 років стажу, то вже наступного буде потрібно більше.

Отже, у 2023 році для виходу на пенсію потрібно буде мати триваліший період офіційної трудової діяльності, а саме 30 років. Українців попереджають, що до 2028 року ця цифра збільшуватиметься на один рік.

від 30 років стажу – у 2023 році;
від 31 року стажу – у 2024 році;
від 32 років стажу – у 2025 році;
від 33 років стажу – у 2026 році;
від 34 років стажу – у 2027 році;
від 35 років стажу – у 2028 році.
Люди, які досягли 65 років, які мають стаж менш як 15 років, на пенсію від держави розраховувати не можуть. Але їм надається соціальна допомога, однак за умови, що після 65-річного віку дохід пенсіонера складатиме менше прожиткового мінімуму.

Українці, яким не вдалося накопичити необхідний трудовий стаж для виплат пенсії у 60 років, можуть її отримати у 63 роки за наявності стажу не менше 20 років. А ті, у кого стаж становить від 15 до 20 років, зможуть піти на заслужений відпочинок у 65 років.

Розв’язати проблему нестачі стажу можна декількома варіантами, наприклад, якщо є час і можливість, то офіційно працевлаштуватися й накопичити необхідну кількість, або докупити його за ціною 44% мінімальної зарплати за кожен місяць.
