Хотіли заробити на українцях: у Польщі викрили компанію на мільйонних оборудках із розміщенням біженців

Припускають, що фірма могла незаконно отримати кілька мільйонів злотих.

У Польщі фірму, яка займається розміщенням біженців з України, викрили на афері із отриманням фінансової допомоги від держави за розселення українців.

Перевірки, проведені влітку цього року, виявили, що один із центрів у Варшаві майже вдвічі завищував реальну кількість прийнятих біженців з України. Там розміщувалося дещо більше 1 тисячі осіб. Натомість у документах вказувалося понад 2 тисячі українців.

У результаті фінансування цього центру у червні було припинено. А за перший літній місяць компанія отримала компенсацію, згідно з реальною кількістю прийнятих біженців.

Припускають, що від березня для травня, коли перевірки не проводилися, фірма могла незаконно отримати навіть кілька мільйонів злотих.

“Неприпустимо покладатися на людську трагедію, якою є війна в Україні. Просто заробіть на цій трагедії”, – каже пан Павло, колишній агент Центрального антикорупційного бюро.

Водночас, польські журналісти також виявили, що фірма досі отримує гроші. Після інциденту компанія, нібито, звернулася за фінансуванням до іншого варшавського мікрорайону, який від червня до кінця жовтня за розміщення біженців міг виплатити понад 2 млн 237 злотих. Не повідомляється, чи були перевірки щодо відповідності суми до кількості прийнятих людей.

Крім того, як повідомляють журналісти, фірма, яка уклала договір на створення центру розміщення біженців у будівлі, нібито не мала права розпоряджатися нею, бо нерухомість належить іншій компанії. Остання ж, начебто, має борги перед кілька десятками суб’єктами господарювання Польщі. Водночас обидві компанії, власник і орендар будівлі, пов’язані між собою.

“Вони дуже небезпечні люди. Це люди, пов’язані з колишніми комуністичними спецслужбами, завдяки своїм зв’язкам й досвіду вони й сьогодні можуть бути на волі”, – пояснив Марчін Гінель, адвокат, президент правління Управління стягнення боргів.
