“Небезпечна їжа”: на український ринок потрапило м’ясо, яке становить загрозу для здоров’я

В Україну із Польщі завезли небезпечний для здоров’я людини продукт. У курячих чвертях було виявлено сальмонеллу.

Як інформує “”, повідомлення про небезпечний продукт надійшло через систему RASFF.

Йдеться про бактерію Salmonella enterica ser. Enteritidis. Під час перевірки продукції сальмонеллу виявили у двох із п’яти зразків.

Наголошується, що виробник продукції – Cedrob SA Трейдер – AMP Logistyka Sp. z o.o., а отримувач – ТОВ “Візія Трейд” у Черкасах. У відомстві попередили реалізаторів товарів, що у разі виявлення небезпечної куртини їм слід повідомити відповідні органи.

Більшість сальмонел, включаючи згаданий вигляд, патогенні як для людини, так тварин і птахів. Бактерії є збудниками сальмонельозу. Більшість випадків захворювання на сальмонельоз протікає у легкій формі, проте іноді сальмонельоз може становити загрозу для життя. Для хвороби зазвичай характерні підвищення температури, біль у животі, діарея, нудота.

При цьому в соцмережах поширюються маніпуляції, то небезпечну курятину з Польщі нібито було завезено в Україну навмисне. Як з’ясували аналітики проекту VoxCheck, це твердження не відповідає дійсності.

З’ясувалося, що польська компанія виступала лише посередником між компаніями Єгипту та України. Про навмисну спробу отруєння взагалі не йдеться, оскільки загалом єгипетський виробник постачав м’ясо також у Латвію, Анголу, Екваторіальну Гвінею, Ліберію та Коморські острови. Усі країни-отримувачі отримали повідомлення з проханням вивести отриманий товар із ринку.
