В Україні хочуть зробити паління “максимально некомфортним”: що МОЗ готує для курців

Тютюнові підприємства зобов’язали розміщувати на пачках малюнки, які на 20-30% зменшують потяг діставати цигарку.

Українцям, які пристрастилися до тютюну, повинно стати неприємно виймати цигарку із пачки, на якій буде малюнок із візуалізацією наслідків паління. Наказ МОЗ України з відповідними вимогами щодо оформлення цигаркових пачок було зареєстровано цього тижня.

Про це розповів головний санітарний лікар, заступник міністра охорони здоров’я Ігор Кузін в ефірі національного телемарафону.

За його словами, у МОЗ планують зробити максимально неприємним та некомфортним вживання тютюнових виробів, тому відповідним наказом передбачено нанесення на пачках цигарок не тільки попереджень про шкоду паління, але й відповідних малюнків.

“Починаючи від 11 січня [2024 року] на кожній пачці цигарок буде не лише медичне попередження, як раніше – куріння вбиває, куріння може викликати такі-то стани. Тепер буде відповідний малюнок з візуалізацією наслідків куріння”, – повідомив Кузін.

Головний санітарний лікар зазначив, що, як показують дослідження, використання таких малюнків на 20-30% зменшує потяг діставати пачку і цигарку.

Малюнки, які обрали в МОЗ, уже використовують у тих країнах, які спромоглися доволі ефективно боротися з тютюнопалінням.

“Для дуже багатьох курців це також буде дороговказом для того, що треба зробити [щоб покинути шкідливу звичку]. Однією з вимог буде, щоб на цих пачках була вказівка, куди звернутися, якщо ви хочете припинити курити”, – зауважив Ігор Кузін.

Він також повідомив, що, за статистикою, 87% курців впродовж останніх 12 місяців думали або робили спробу кинути палити.
