Українці масово скаржаться на відмову банками приймати долари: у чому причина

В Україні банки та обмінники відмовляються приймати частину купюр. Українці масово скаржаться: під час обміну просять заплатити додаткову комісію у розмірі 10-14%, а деякі банкноти взагалі не беруть.

“Це абсолютно нормальна практика – 14% комісії за прийом у банках… До 1996 – майже всі. Банкноти після – з будь-якою інтервенцією, навіть найменш помітною”, – пише Наталія Ємченко у відповідь на прохання у Facebook розповісти про проблеми з обміном доларів.

Віктор Смоленський також постійно стикається з проблемами під час спроби обміняти валюту. Пропонують фактично занижений курс (за рахунок комісії). “Аналогічно, був шокований, коли дізнався, що обмінники змінюють, але за заниженим курсом чи щось таке. Адекватна реакція на це, на мою думку, це слати до біса і йти в інший обмінник. Тому що мені це схоже на кидалово”, – написав він.

Віталій Васильчук розповів, що з купюрою у 100 доларів обійшов сім обмінників. В одних пропонували заплатити комісію у 10%, інші зовсім відмовлялися приймати банкноту.

З однією купюрою $100 ходив у 7(!!!) обмінників. У деяких взагалі не брали, у деяких пропонували із комісією 10%. Не беруть кожну другу купюру: там пляма, там друк, там прокол, там просто стара. “Для того щоб поміняти купюру в обміннику без комісії, купюра повинна мати стан нової”, – написав він.

Чому не приймають банкноти
За правилами касир чи співробітник обмінника має право оцінювати стан банкноти. За наявності незначних плям, пошкоджень, отворів, купюру зобов’язані обміняти. Якщо це відмовляються робити, українець має право залишити скаргу до НБУ. Кожен обмінник отримує ліцензію в Нацбанку і за порушення правил може заплатити штраф або навіть втратить ліцензію.

Нацбанк уже відреагував на дії обмінників. Правила найближчим часом хочуть пом’якшити так, щоб обмінники не мали змоги відмовлятися від обміну.
