Аналітична компанія Blannco Technology Group відзвітувала про підсумки дослідження частоти виявлення збоїв в смартфонах і планшетах. Фахівці заявили, що з iPhone проблеми виникають частіше, ніж з Android-гаджетами, і назвали лідерів антирейтингу.

Фахівці враховували як збої програмного забезпечення, наприклад, раптові зависання або закриття додатків, так і апаратні збої – втрату сигналу, сильний нагрів і пр. За підсумками III кварталу 2016 року вони порівнювали число виникнення проблем в iOS – і Android-гаджетах, а також частоти певних збоїв.

Спостерігалися збої у 62% досліджених гаджетів Apple, частка проблемних Android-гаджетів склала всього 47%.

Серед iOS-пристроїв найбільш високий відсоток збоїв спостерігався у iPhone 6 (13% від загальної кількості), друге і третє місце антирейтингу розділили iPhone 5S і iPhone 6S (по 9%). Примітно, що iPhone 7 і 7 Plus в рейтинг не потрапили, так як вийшли пізніше, а одним з найбільш стабільних пристроїв виявився iPhone 4S – проблеми з цією моделлю становили лише 2% від усіх випадків.

Самим проблемним смартфоном серед гаджетів на Android визнали LeEco Le2.
