Президент Володимир Зеленський підписав закон щодо звільнення з військової служби мобілізованих і контрактників, у яких близькі родичі загинули на війні, чи пропали без вісти.

Деталі: Відзначається, що законопроєкт № 8009 щодо розширення підстав звільнення з військової служби деяких категорій громадян в період воєнного стану “повернуто з підписом президента України”.

Законом встановлено підстави для звільнення з військової служби під час воєнного стану військових, чиї близькі родичі, – чоловік, дружина, син, донька, батько, мати, дід, баба або рідний (повнорідний, неповнорідний) брат чи сестра, – загинули або пропали безвісти під час дії воєнного стану.

Що було раніше: 3 травня 2023 року Верховна Рада дала дозвіл на звільнення з військової служби мобілізованих і контрактників, у яких близькі родичі загинули на війні, чи пропали без вісти.
