У МОН розповіли, як вчитимуться студенти коледжів і вишів з 1 вересня

Рівень освіти в Україні знизився після того, як чимало навчальних закладів через пандемію коронавірусу та повномасштабну війну перевели на дистанційний формат роботи. Тож Міносвіти рекомендувало коледжам і вишам, якщо це можливо, відновити максимально очне навчання.

Відповідний лист уже надіслали у навчальні заклади. Про це 24 Каналу розповіли у Міносвіти України.

Як вчитимуться студенти коледжів і вишів з 1 вересня
У МОН наголосили: усвідомлюють ризики, тому пріоритетом має бути безпека та наявність надійних укриттів. Процес облаштування сховищ у закладах освіти України триває. Облаштовують як спеціалізовані, так і пристосовані укриття для проведення в них занять під час оголошення повітряної тривоги.

Міністерство рекомендувало закладам вищої і фахової передвищої освіти з 1 вересня 2023 року максимально перейти до здійснення освітнього процесу в аудиторному форматі з урахуванням наявності та місткості укриттів,
– повідомили у МОН.

І уточнили: рекомендація не стосується закладів освіти, розташованих у зоні бойових дій, зонах досяжності вогню ворожих РСЗВ, систем типу С-300 та аналогічних.

У Міносвіти також наголосили: виші, академії та коледжі все ж можуть самостійно ухвалювати рішення щодо відновлення очного навчання, зважаючи на безпекову ситуацію, стан комунікацій, наявність та технічний стан укриттів тощо.

У МОН також перелічили чинні недоліки дистанційного навчання. Це, зокрема, такі:

відсутність ефективного зворотного зв’язку з викладачами;
великий обсяг домашніх завдань;
технічні проблеми;
недостатнє забезпечення студентів та викладачів комп’ютерною технікою;
брак спілкування;
відсутність здобуття дієвого практичного досвіду тощо.
