Чоловік побив працівника ТЦК, бо не хотів отримувати повістку

У відповідь на пропозицію отримати повістку чоловік почав матюкатися та вдарив військовослужбовця головою в обличчя.

У Глухові на Сумщині чоловік побив військового, бо не хотів отримувати повістку.

Про це передає поліція Сумської області.

Військовослужбовці зупинили автомобіль Opel Vivaro, під керуванням 44-річного чоловіка, для перевірки документів. Працівники ТЦК запропонували йому отримати повістку. Місцевий житель відреагував агресивно, почав матюкатися та вдарив військовослужбовця головою в обличчя.

У поліції відкрили кримінальне провадження ст. “Погроза або насильство щодо службової особи чи громадянина, який виконує громадський обов’язок”.

Інцидент стався ще 5 липня. Весь цей час порушник переховувався від поліції у Києві, де його і затримали правоохоронці. Наразі зловмисникові обрано запобіжний захід у вигляді цілодобового домашнього арешту. Йому загрожує до 5 років в‘язниці.
