Новий спосіб боротьби з ухилянтами: власникам авто доведеться прийти в ТЦК

Процедура перереєстрації авто доступна для водіїв онлайн в електронному кабінеті або на порталі “Дія”. Але останнім часом все більше українців стикаються із тим, що їм відмовляють у послузі, тому що власник не пройшов перевірку особи по поліцейській базі.

Про те, чи дійсно уже не можна перереєструвати авто без ТЦК, пише РБК-Україна.

“Про те, що неможливо продати авто без ТЦК, було відомо ще декілька тижнів тому. Правда, це явище не було масовим і застосовувалося у зв’язку з так званим розшуком “ухилянтів”. Та після опублікування нового законопроєкту про мобілізацію, функція продажу авто в “Дії” зависла”, – говорить адвокат.

За його словами, тепер автомобіль можна продати лише старим методом: приїхати до сервісного центру та переоформити.

“Один із моїх підписників вирішив переоформити авто і зробити це в “Дії”. У телефоні він побачив “Заяву відхилено сервісним центром МВС через підписання документа реєстрації. Документ не пройшов перевірку за базою “особи в розшуку ІПНП”. Затвердження реєстраційної заяви неможливе”, – розповідає Сімутін.

Додамо, що ІПНП – це Інформаційний портал Національної поліції, тобто “АРМОР”.

“Також ще один підписник у чаті написав, що послуга реєстрації авто в “Дії” не працює. Щоб не бути голослівним, я вирішив перевірити на своєму авто – мені система дала відповідь “Спробуйте ще раз” – каже юрист.

У разі виникнення такої ситуації, переоформити авто можна тільки у сервісному центрі. При цьому юрист зауважує, що перереєстрація авто через “Дію” працює зараз, якщо військовозобов’язаний не перебуває в базі поліції.

“Та щось мені підказує, що це питання часу декількох тижнів”, – говорить Сімутін.

Також він наголосив, що дорученням у цьому випадку також не вийде скористатись. Той, хто купуватиме автомобіль, не зможе його переоформити на себе.

“Мушу констатувати, що це антиконституційний спосіб, адже фактично нас позбавляють можливості розпоряджатися своєю власністю”, – додає адвокат.
