У Варшаві поліція побила двох українців через конфлікт із поляками, — правозахисник

За даними юриста Віталія Махинька, після звільнення українці пройшли медичний огляд і отримали всі необхідні документи, що підтверджують нанесення тілесних ушкоджень поліцейськими.

У Варшаві стався інцидент, унаслідок якого двоє українців зазнали фізичної агресії з боку поліції через словесний конфлікт із місцевими жителями. Слідом за цим вони були затримані, позбавлені доступу до юридичної підтримки і не отримали повідомлення щодо свого права на консульський захист. Про це повідомляє правозахисник Віталій Махинько.

Він зазначив, що до нього звернулися по допомогу двоє українців, яких у Польщі побила поліція.

Чоловіки, які прибули з Брюсселя до Варшави для відкриття фірми на кілька днів, зіткнулися зі словесним конфліктом у готелі з представниками Польщі.

Невдовзі в номер, де проживали українці, увірвалася поліція, яка застосувала фізичну силу, побивши і затримавши чоловіків.

Одного з українців, інваліда другої групи, було звільнено вранці, а другого відпустили через кілька днів. Йому було пред’явлено звинувачення в тому, що він вкусив поліцейського за ногу.

За словами юриста, у місцевому відділенні поліції йому було відмовлено в доступі до юридичної допомоги, і не було надано повідомлення консульству

Він додав, що після звільнення українці пройшли медичне обстеження та отримали всі необхідні документи, які підтверджують факт заподіяння тілесних ушкоджень з боку поліцейських. Наразі заяви про скоєні польськими поліцейськими злочини було подано до прокуратури міста Варшави та до управління поліції.

“Останнім часом я все більше фіксую порушення польською поліцією прав українців. Велика кількість постраждалих — українські жінки. На жаль, майже ніхто з потерпілих не готовий про це публічно заявляти і боротися за свої права”, — додав правозахисник.

Наразі посольство України у Польщі не відреагувало на інцидент.
