Починається заборона на вилов щуки

Вже з 15 лютого поточного року на Хмельниччині розпочнеться заборона на вилов щуки звичайної, втім це стосується абсолютно всіх регіонів України, пише прес-служба рибоохоронного патруля.

Так, згідно з Правилами аматорського рибальства з 15 лютого по 31 березня 2024 року включно встановлюється заборона на вилов щуки звичайної.

Ця заборона була встановлена ​​з метою забезпечення охорони щуки звичайної під час міграції та відтворення, збільшення її запасів на водоймах у районі діяльності Управління Державного агентства меліорації та рибного господарства у Хмельницькій області.

З метою недопущення порушень вимог законодавства та заподіяння шкоди рибному господарству, наказом Управління Державного агентства меліорації та рибного господарства в Хмельницькій області забезпечити посилення охорони щуки звичайної під час її міграції та відтворення та контроль за випуском у живому вигляді щуки звичайної у разі потрапляння її до уловів та під час здійснення аматорського та спортивного рибальства.

Вилов цієї риби під час заборони є порушенням природоохоронного законодавства відповідно до ст. 85 КУпАП. За кожен незаконно видобутий екземпляр порушнику доведеться сплатити збитки у розмірі 3468 грн.

“Нагадуємо рибалкам також і про заборону вилову риби на зимувальних ямах, яка діятиме до початку весняно-літньої нерестової заборони 2024 року”, – йдеться у повідомленні.
