Патрульні нагадали водіям про дотримання важливого правила
Щоб уникнути порушень та аварій на дорогах, водії повинні дотримуватися правил дорожнього руху. У Telegram-каналі патрульної поліції Києва опубліковано важливу інформацію для водіїв.

Водіям нагадали, що під час руху за межами населених пунктів слід включати денні ходові вогні або ближнє світло фар.

Це необхідно для позначення транспортного засобу у світлий час доби під час руху дорогою за межею міста.

Вони покращують видимість автомобіля на дорозі, таким чином поїздка стане ще безпечнішою. У МВС України закликали водіїв берегти себе та дотримуватися правил дорожнього руху.

За порушення водієм цього правила згідно з п. 9.8 ПДР України передбачено покарання у вигляді штрафу у сумі від 425 до 510 грн.

До речі, включати вдень на дорогах за межами населених пунктів денні ходові вогні або ближнє світло фар слід у період з 1 жовтня до 1 травня наступного року.

Ця вимога пов’язана з тим, що в осінньо-зимовий період настає період дощів, снігопадів, і це призводить до недостатньої видимості на дорозі.

Вимога їздити “зі світлом” навіть удень пов’язана з тим, щоб покращити видимість транспортного засобу за таких погодних умов.

При цьому хоч і вказано, що за їзду без включених фар вдень можуть оштрафувати, юристи вважають, що за законом поліціянти на це не мають права.

Вони наводять аргумент, що згідно з іншим документом, а саме статтею 125 Кодексу про адміністративні порушення такого водія за “інші порушення правил дорожнього руху” можуть не штрафувати, а лише зробити попередження.

У будь-якому випадку, щоб уникнути проблем на дорозі й щоб не потрапити в ДТП, слід дотримуватися ПДР і дотримуватись усіх заходів безпеки.
