Вліплять штраф 17000 грн: Рада підготувала нові штрафи для водіїв – б/у авто легше здати в металобрухт

Водіїв попередили про нові штрафи за уживані авто
Українців хочуть штрафувати за фальсифікацію пробігу авто. Відповідний законопроект №10216 зареєстровано у Верховній Раді. Якщо документ буде прийнято, то тих, хто з метою продажу фальсифікуватиме пробіг уживаного транспортного засобу, штрафуватимуть на 500-1000 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян. 2024 року це становить 8500-17000 грн.

“Законопроект сприятиме запобіганню можливих фальсифікацій з пробігу уживаного транспортного засобу. І допоможе убезпечити покупців від купівлі транспортного засобу з пробігом, що не відповідає дійсності”, – йдеться в записці пояснення до документа.

Навіщо вводити нові штрафи

Необхідність запровадження нового штрафу, запевняється, продиктована розмахом фальсифікації пробігу уживаного транспорту під час продажу. Як стверджується в пояснювальній записці, така практика “досить поширена”.

Штрафи ж за це, зазначається, допоможуть не допустити введення в оману покупців. “Практика фальсифікації пробігу уживаного транспортного засобу при продажу досить поширена. З метою недопущення введення в оману покупців пропонується встановити адміністративну відповідальність за фальсифікацію пробігу”, – наголошується в документі.

За “зайвий” шум також штрафуватимуть

Втім, це не єдиний законопроект, який передбачає запровадження нових штрафів для водіїв. Так, документом №9564 пропонується карати за перевищення транспортом допустимого рівня шуму – чим особливо “грішать” мотоциклісти.

Розмір штрафу передбачається встановити на рівні 17000 грн. За повторне порушення доведеться платити вже 34 000 грн.

Як йдеться в пояснювальній записці до документа, необхідність запровадження штрафу обумовлена ​​тим, що деякі водії встановлюють на свої транспортні засоби обладнання, використання якого призводить до значного збільшення шуму роботи двигуна. Що:

порушує “тишу та спокій громадян”;
викликає невдоволення суспільства.
Погіршує ж ситуацію, наголошується, те, що “під час воєнного стану такі шумові звуки схожі на звуки ворожих безпілотних летальних апаратів”. Чим створюють уявлення про авіаційну та ракетну небезпеку, “відволікаючи Збройні сили та правоохоронців”.
