Останнім часом на тлі заяв про необхідність набрати до 500 тис. людей все частіше почала з’являтися інформація про необхідність закликати молодших чоловіків. Депутат Макс Бужанський у своєму Telegram-каналі поділився, чи правда, що на фронт забиратимуть 18-річних.

Депутат заявив, що оскільки почалися спекуляції із цього приводу, він вирішив нагадати, що ж прописано в українському законодавстві.

З 18 років в Україні існувала строкова військова служба, відстрочення якої отримували ті, хто був студентом. Але нещодавно чиновники змінили терміни та підходи.

Тепер аналогом строкової військової служби буде базова військова служба. Але Бужанський заявив, що це не є мобілізацією.

Згідно із Законом України, мобілізувати можуть чоловіка, якому виповнилося 27 років. А згідно з пропозиціями до закону про мобілізацію, який зараз розглядає комітет, із 25 років.

Він додав, що в Комітеті з нацбезпеки це могли ще раз роз’яснити громадянам, але члени Комітету з ранку і до ночі розглядають поправки, щоб подати якнайшвидше законопроєкт до другого читання на голосування до парламенту.

А Міноборони України, зазначив Бужанський, традиційно начхати на такі дрібниці, як переживання громадян.

Тобто він вказав на те, що юнаків, які тільки закінчили школу і вступили до ВНЗ, не мають права забрати на фронт, оскільки вони отримують відстрочку від мобілізації.

При цьому до 25 років усім чоловікам потрібно пройти базовий військовий вишкіл. Його можна буде пройти у вишах. Якщо людина навчається у ВНЗ, то вона протягом 4-5 років навчання зможе самостійно обрати, коли пройти цей базовий військовий вишкіл.

Член комітету ВР з питань нацбезпеки, оборони та розвідки, народний депутат Федір Вениславський заявив, що він триватиме протягом п’яти місяців у мирний час та протягом трьох місяців у воєнний час.
