Українських водіїв попередили про вікові обмеження
На те, з якого віку надається право на керування, впливає тип транспортного засобу. Мінімальний вік, дозволений для складання іспитів на водіння та отримання посвідчення водія – 16 років для управління мотоциклом, розповіли в МВС.

Відповідно до Закону України «Про дорожній рух», право на керування транспортними засобами надається особам, які досягли:

16 років – категорії А1, А;
18 років – категорії В1, В, С1, С;
19 років – категорії BE, C1E, СЕ;
21 років – категорії D1, D, D1E, DE, тобто.
Для отримання посвідчення водія, необхідно скласти спочатку теоретичний іспит у сервісному центрі МВС. Починаючи з листопада минулого року кандидати у внутрішній водії мають можливість як самостійно готуватися до теоретичного модуля, так і в автошколі. Для складання тестування необхідно відповісти на 20 запитань за 20 хвилин. Під час тесту допускається 2 помилки, якщо більше – іспит не складено.

Після успішного складання тестування майбутній водій проходить практичну підготовку в акредитованому навчальному закладі та складає внутрішній практичний іспит. Далі – у сервісному центрі МВС. Для складання іспитів у сервісному центрі МВС необхідно підготувати пакет документів:

паспорт громадянина України з відміткою про місце реєстрації або ID-картку або закордонний паспорт;
медичну довідку, що підтверджує припущення до керування транспортним засобом обраної категорії;
ідентифікаційний номер;
дійсне посвідчення водія (у разі отримання права на керування транспортними засобами іншої категорії).
Протягом 10 днів майбутні водії можуть заперечити результати іспитів. Для цього необхідно звернутися із заявою до регіонального сервісного центру МВС тієї області, де проходила екзаменація. Отримання копії відео доступне протягом 30 днів.
